What will I receive for my money?

  • A Serial Number which will turn the trial version into a registered copy. This means that all functions will be available, and the software won't stop working after the 30-day trial period.
  • Registration entitles you to support via email, free minor version updates and special offers on upgrades to mayor updates.
  • It is our policy to make all "point" upgrades free (2.x, where x is a "point" upgrade). You will get a discount on any "version" upgrade (the number before the full stop is the version number, so 1.10 and 1.50 are both version 1 while 2.20 is version 2). Anyone who purchases within a 6-month time window before a version upgrade will be entitled to a free upgrade to the next version.
  • Software upgrade offers to version upgrades are available for a limited time only and will expire usually after 60 days of the release date. This means that an upgrade will be available for 60 days only - after 60 days, upgrade offers expire and will not be available any longer.

Will you contact me when you release an upgrade?

Yes, but only if you keep the box next to Send me information about product updates and offers on the order page checked. If you uncheck that box, it means we will not send you any information via email.

How long will it take for my Serial Number to arrive?

When you order by credit card, you will receive an email containing your Order ID & Serial Number and instructions required to unlock your trial version. Generally, it will only take minutes before you will receive this email, but delivery could be delayed by circumstances beyond our control (Internet congestion). We ask you to wait at least 24 hours before contacting us if you did not yet receive your confirmation email.

Can I pay via PayPal?

Yes, we offer you the ability to pay via PayPal. Please follow the link to order from our Web site and you will see the option to pay via PayPal.

Do you have a return policy?

Yes, we have a 30-day Money-Back guarantee. Since you will already be in possession of the software & Serial Number, completion of a brief "Certificate of Destruction" is required, and your purchase price will be cheerfully refunded, less a small 10% fee to cover the costs of the online transaction with our e-commerce partners and the credit card companies.

Are there any educational/non-profit discounts?

Yes, we offer a 20% discount for qualified organizations.

Will you accept a purchase order from my organization?

Yes, we do accept purchase orders from qualified government, corporate, and educational institutions. Please contact our sales department (sales@TweakingToolbox.com) and make sure that you qualify before faxing us a purchase order.

Do you offer volume discounts or special pricing for multiple licenses?

Is my credit card information secure?

We use eSellerate to process our orders. When you purchase products through eSellerate, the transaction is protected with the strongest exportable standards of encryption. eSellerate require Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) connections on pages where personal data and credit card information is entered and displayed. When on these pages, you should see your browser's indicator that a secure connection has been made. On most Web browsers, this is represented by a padlock on the status bar at the bottom of the browser windows. Clicking on this padlock will bring up more information on the encryption technology used by eSellerate's web servers.

For further protection, eSellerate does not store your complete credit card numbers after the transaction.
